WHY WILLPOWER ISN’T ENOUGH

You try to change using the 10%. The 90% overrides it.

Every time you make a conscious decision to change, your subconscious checks its records. If it finds an old belief, a past failure, or an unresolved emotion, that 90% overpowers the 10% every single time.

This is why you can know exactly what you want to do, feel completely clear about it, and still not do it. The block isn’t in your head. It’s deeper than that.

HOW THE SUBCONSCIOUS STORES EXPERIENCE

Your mind works like a hard drive.

Every experience you’ve had has been stored — not just the memory, but the emotion felt in that moment. You are the sum total of everything you’ve experienced and what you took from it. The problem comes when a present-day situation resembles an old one. Your subconscious retrieves the old emotion — and you react to the past, not the present.

REAL EXAMPLE

Age 8: A teacher tells you off in front of the class. You experience shame. That emotion gets stored.

Age 34: Your boss gives you critical feedback. The subconscious finds the matching file, and you’re flooded with that same childhood shame.

You’re not reacting to your boss. You’re reacting to your teacher — decades later.
That’s the subconscious running old programming.

When you know what action to take but don’t take it, the thoughts spiral downward — ‘what’s the point, it won’t work, I’m not good enough’ — and your energy follows. At that low point, avoidance feels like the only option.

About Rachit

The work I do comes from more than a decade of going deep.

 I’m Rachit Saxena — clinical hypnotherapist, transpersonal therapist, and subconscious work
practitioner with 16+ years of experience. I trained at the Hypnotherapy School of India and have
worked with 1,000+ clients across therapy, coaching, and self-development programmes.

Before this, I spent 12 years in the corporate world — Radisson, American Express, Ernst & Young —
which gave me a deep understanding of the performance pressures, self-doubt, and emotional patterns
that hold intelligent, capable people back.

Out of everything I’ve done in my career, the one thing I’ve found genuinely fulfilling is helping people access the
part of their mind that actually drives their behaviour — and changing it there.

Is this therapy or coaching?

It draws on clinical hypnotherapy, transpersonal therapy, and subconscious navigation — not CBT or talk therapy. If conventional therapy hasn't moved the needle, this goes to a different level.

How long does it take to see results?
